I love the Narnia books, so rereading them was a pleasure.
The schedule thing, though… That was an issue. I tend to read on my own schedule and, as with the Harry Potter challenge, I might have finished early. o_O The reviews, though, those took a while because I procrastinate! They’re listed in the order I read them in.
Amusingly enough, I actually have two box sets of these books and both of them were numbered by the publishers. The older set is numbered by publication date, which is how I’ve usually read them. The newer set is numbered chronologically and this is actually the first time I’ve read them in chronological order. It didn’t change how I saw the series, but it was definitely interesting because I’ve read them so often in publication order that I didn’t realize I had learned to anticipate certain scenes in a certain order until I mixed it up. ^_^
“The Magicians Nephew” by C. S. Lewis
“The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe” by C. S. Lewis
“The Horse and His Boy” by C. S. Lewis
“Prince Caspian” by C. S. Lewis
“The Voyage of the Dawn Treader” by C. S. Lewis
“The Silver Chair” by C. S. Lewis
“The Last Battle” by C. S. Lewis
Also, like the other reread-along I did, I probably won’t participate in another Narnia challenge, but these are books that I’ll reread until I die. :-D
